This article provides pilots and operations staff with a quick overview how to send routes direct to their aircraft. This example is for sending to Garmin G1000 devices. The process wil be similar for import of GPX and other avionic flight plan formats.
This is a great way to save time inputing flights when in the aircraft preparing for flight.
Step 1 – Equipment Required
You will need an Android mobile phone with an Internet connection. There are hundreds of Android phones on the market and they are low cost.
