RocketRoute is the standard for fast, simple and convenient flight planning for GA pilots and Airlines. Be fuel efficient and ready to file in seconds with 35,000+ approach plates at your finger tips.

For flying IFR, AutoRoute can save hours in flight planning from first principles and avoid the dreaded route-amend-accept from Eurocontrol. Simply enter ADEP, ADES, Preferred Flight Level, Min/Max Flight Levels together with your Aircraft Performance Profile, click AutoRoute.
AutoRoute has a sophisticated routing engine built for the airways. Based on the inputs, it performs a series of calculations to generate a route. It then validates the route with Eurocontrol and adjusts the route for corrected responses. Preparing a route typically takes between 5-25 seconds to complete. AutoRoute cannot guarantee a route every time due to the complexity of the European airspace, however, we are achieving over 95% routing success rates.

RocketRoute includes within its service airport Approach Plates for all airports covered by Eurocontrol and ICAO airport. These documents are sent with the briefing pack after filing the flight plan or can be downloaded individually as required.

RocketRoute connects directly to the aviation industry’s global AFTN messaging network. Flight Plans are sent in real-time to Eurocontrol and a positive ACK (Acknowledged), REJ (Rejected) or MAN (Manual) response is provided by return. For VFR plans these are not sent to Eurocontrol, instead they are sent directly to the relevant FIRs and ATCs. A positive confirmation is not received for each message by the ATC or FIR, however, RocketRoute records the message transaction and provides the user with positive confirmation.
